It starts with an emotional response to a place or a view; the light in a given moment.

Knitting was my starting point for exploring the landscape.

Today, I don’t feel any need to be limited to knit. I explore my response to landscape through mark making, printing, collage, or stitch.

There will always be a strong link back to landscape through my research and development of the idea.
